I've used them all. Ringcentral is my favorite. You can send faxes from your email and when you receive a fax, you just drag it from the inbox to your desktop or folder of choice. I don't think I would ever switch.

Is it in pdf?

I love MyFax - you get an email with the first page as a displayed JPEG and then the whole fax as a PDF attachment. Makes it very easy to quickly scan through a bunch of faxes and find the one you need.

I used the efax trial and then had to cancel. I didn't need it for more than a day but did try to downsell me through the
chat with a longer trial and less price per month.

I used RapidFax a about a year ago. There were a little glitchy when I used them. I doubt I would use them again.

Rapidfax works fine now. I've been using them for like 6 months, no problems. I like that they send double confirmations that they received and that the fax sent, I have outlook sort that confirmation sheet in case BCBST comes and tells me like a week later that they never received something, which has happened more than once. I think they just throw everything on the floor when they show up in the morning.

Been using Efax for 5+ years but if I were setting up a new service I would use Fax to Email Service by UnityFax - Unlimited - $4.99. A lot cheaper and the same or better service. I attempted to port my efax number there but it's been about two months of sending and replying to emails and it's still not moved.

The only draw back I have found so far is that it is not instant. Someone faxes you while you are on the phone with them, it takes a couple minutes for you to get the email with the pdf. Not a big deal for me. It has been helpful to just drag the pdf to a monthly folder.

BTW, I think it was you that recommended the Voyager Pro. It should be here tomorrow.
