Nov 13, 2023 #1 C c isc New Member 1 I am on mounjaro for type 2 diabetes. Bcbs currently covers it. But starting Jan 1st we will be on cigma. They will require a PA. I'm wondering if they may try and make me change prescriptions, or if they will not interfere with continuing my care. Any thoughts?
