Finding the providers and participating pharmacies gets more difficult. Especially in a state that did not expand Medicaid.
And with a book of 99% Med Supp, 80% of whom either pay IRMAA or appealed it, I don’t have a lot of people willing to switch docs-which is why they are on Med Supp to begin with
