FEX Contracting Commission Levels

I was just on the website looking for a particular carrier I don't have. In my search, I happened to notice the highest commission level on any carrier appears to have been lowered to100%. That's not accurate, is it? If so, why the reduction?

Yes.. That is accurate. You can negotiate higher. Reason? Scott needs a new bike.

They changed a few months ago. Not sure why. My understanding is that a proven producer can still get the highest levels. They just don't advertise it anymore. Agents are signing up it seems everyday. So it hasn't slowed anything.

I'm not sure if it's the invention of AI or what, but every unqualified "builder" in the USA was calling us based on seeing our posted commission levels. They had no idea of who we were or what we do. They didn't wanna hear that their plan was flawed or that they were not a good fit for us.

So I adjusted it. We now start at 100 with a clear path to get you to the 120%. If someone already has good production history, we are are always open to discussing levels with them.

Streets 120 at many Fmo's as that's carrier street .With production 130's easily attainable. Those be facts .
