Newby tell me it ain't so . I saw you post of a Facebook group earlier attaching your fex grid . You're now showing 100% top commissions and not the 120% street like you showed for yrs . Either you lowered your comp which I doubt or you took big blow back from carriers . I bet fmo's who many only start at 100% complained

I noticed the schedule on FEXcontracting is reduced.. Even Trans shows 100% and I am getting emails from Joe Ciaccio (wish I knew how to pronounce his name) offering 130% with no proof of production.

Thats because 130% on the new trans product is street. I was at 130% on old product and I'm at 145% in new. So 130% is like 115% on old product

The 100 on trans is the old product. Yes, I wanted to slow down the calls from the young guns just calling because of the commissions that are not even close to fitting with us. I don't have enough hours in my day to hear the big pitch of how he's going to telesales his way into the record books or the team builders that don't know Trans from Trannies.

Now new agents start at 100 with a 5-month path to 110 and an additional 6-month path to 120%. It's doing what it's supposed to do. The new agents calling in a fewer but much more aware of what we do and have done their homework.
