First Day Coverage with COPD

Limited FE cases under my belt and have a potential client 67, M NT taking spiriva for COPD as well as zocor and cozaar for cholesterol and BP. Where would I look for day 1 coverage?

Assurity is the place for non-smoker copd. Just has to have had it for a year and not be on oxygen.

Americo would be UP 2 day 1 coverage

That's the order by price as well. Assurity is a pain to deal with. I don't care how much cheaper they are. I usually write smoking COPDers with Americo and NT with Trans.
