Flyer Samples for Life Insurance Review

I am creating a Flyer to mail out for Life Insurance Reviews. Does anyone have one they have used that has worked? What headlines draw the most attention? I was thinking something along the lines "Why have you not Review Your Life Insurance Policy recently!!??"

Eliminate the "Why" and the "Not" and just say:

"Have you reviewed your ........lately???"

We do a flyer that gets decent results. It says if you answer yes one of these questions. 1 interest rates gone down 2 med sup rates went up. 3 have you looked for ways to pay ltc. 3 has it been awhile since you reviewed you life insurance. Then it say if so we should get together. We have our pic on it Med sup rates as low as. Contact info. We send out between 50-100 and then follow up with phone call to set an appointment
