For Commissions, Are Lapses Pro-rated?

Hello,

Just curious how lapses work in terms of commission. IE. If I signed up a 6 month personal auto for $600, and they lapse in month 3 and paid only $300. Do I still get FULL commission on just the $300?

your percentage should be the same. Whether it's cancelled pro rata or short rate might affect your earned premium.
