Does anyone know if Foresters has loosened up on their silly rule about moving contracts?

I have my Foresters contract with one of the big agencies that everyone knows about and they are nice folks and all but dont do anything to advance my business. By this I mean they don't have any marketing plans that are worthwhile here in FL that I can plug into.

The problem is that I had moved Foresters twice before moving it to where it is now. Do you folks know any work arounds for this?

Why have you moved your contract 3 times? How can an imo advance your business with foresters?

What??? Are you trying to move it from 360 to Fex?:twitchy:

Nope. I made a mistake placing it with xyz IMO a while back and would like to move it over to 360 with everything else.

There isn't anything wrong with the place I'm moving it from but there isn't a whole lot right either. Its just a contract. They are friendly and all but they don't 'earn' my business they way 360 has.

You can't move it! I've tried hard lol

I bet AgentGuy5 or Spur City could get it moved! :D

Those guiz got some juice

Since you are with 360, I'll help you out. Form an LLC and get a writing number for the business. You'll have to register the LLC with your state dept of insurance.

IMOs don't advance your business, silly rabbit. You need to go out and make the sales. In case you haven't figured it out, producers advance the IMOs by selling! That's how it works.

My comment was meant for Ben. Just joking with him.

Not implying that you are, but I wouldn't get real hung up on having a Foresters contract. They aren't a "go to" company in my opinion.

I know a lot of agents don't like them and that is fine...don't really care what others think about them. My feeling is they do more right than most other carriers. Yes they have their own set of shortfalls but I do see them as a go to carrier and am kicking my own butt for placing a solid carrier with an agency that offers nothing but a contract. By the way is 115% (with 6.25 renewals) with them a decent deal for a guy that wrote 180k last year?
