No one can answer this but Progressive. Sometimes its fast, sometimes its slow. Do you have your own office, book of business, clients currently with them? What is your specialty? Personal, Commercial, or both.

I've found in Florida they suck! 1st of all they did away with a great 25 yr. veteran rep. Decided to call the shots from the ivory tower in another state with minimum responses to emails or addressing issues. They spend most of their efforts trying to cut commissions. No feedback or support from them. Be careful when you load information into their quoting platform. I've had them, though they will never admit it, sending notices to my customer book telling the client if you do away with your agent you can save this much!? 26 years of bringing them business, 7 days a week in a highly competitive market, they prefer the way of Geico. Step up the ads and go 1.800. If you have a carrier around the same policy price...do yourself a favor and move it to them. Big brother is looking to go AI. My customers are not satisfied as well.
