I use that tool daily. No sign of these plans in any of my searches.

Sorry, just saw you were not referring to Medicare's tool showing these plans. I agree. CMS beats any private site on accuracy.

SmartD Rx (PDP) is not currently accepting enrollments due to CMS sanction action.
CMS has suspended all marketing and enrollment activities for SmartD Rx as of April 23, 2013.

Q1 is a great site. I have not used their plan finder, but Medicare.gov is fine for me, but some of the blogs and other informational links are helpful.
