330,000 employees on health benefits
$2,000 fine in 2014 per employee (for disbanding benefits)

$660,000,000 fine.

In 2010, AT&T spent over $2.3 billion dollars on health benfits for it's employees. Now if you were AT&T, would you still provide group benefits in 2014?
