I have a husband wife on Medicaid who are moving into a home owned by a trust. The trustees are the grown children of these clients. Will medicaid have cause to rescind their benefits on account of this home?

The house will not matter if it's a primary residence under 500k or if they are renting it to qualify for medicare savings program.
