But bad news for 2017:
-Going to a narrow regional network
-To see a Dr in whatever network they have, will have to see one of theirs at their 'clinics' 1st. If go straight to a Dr even in the new network, will be OON.
Which sounds like an HMO even tho their plan in IL are registered as PPO's
I put about 50 in Harken for 2016, have had calls complaining scheduling an appmnt with a Dr at 1 of their places can be 3 weeks out
They are however opening more locations (6 new I believe) - all in high rent areas. Economic discrimination... none on the S Side of Chgo for instance
