Offering self employed people or individuals so called group insurance is Health Markets/Mega's number one selling point.
I was testing some lead companies and received one from Health Markets. I went back and forth their *** agent about this. He kept saying they were the only company to offer true group insurance to individuals. They are also telling people that because its group, unlike all other insurance companies, they wont raise their premiums or cancel their insurance if the person has a bunch of claims.
The funny thing is most of their agents actually believe this, and think they are really helping people out.
