Help Desk rep told me that MARx is blacked-out until the 19th

This means that those with access are unable to see if a mb has changed carriers. To those that have access, is this true?

I don't think that it's true.

Depends on how you define "blacked out." MARx won't be updated until 12/19, but users can still log in and view info. As a MARx user, you should have gotten this email from the MAPD Help Desk:


Due to New Year Preparation (NYP) activities for year 2025, please
be advised that the MARx - Medicare Advantage & Prescription
Drug System will be delaying the MARx Plan Transactions and UI
Update mode until 08:00 a.m. ET from Tuesday, December 10, 2024
until Thursday, December 19, 2024. MARx UI will be available in
Read mode during this time and Batch Completion Status Summary
(BCSS) reports will not be sent to Plans until Plan transactions are
resumed at 08:00 a.m. ET.
