Help in Osceola County?

I am in contact with someone in Osceola County that is on Medicare for disability. She says that her rates were increased this last year because of Obamacare and that the government is demanding she pay $600 from her disability. She says she hasn't spoken to anyone except the state, so I have no clue what's going on. Does anyone know what she might be talking about, or better yet, anyone that can help her directly?

1. everybody blames Ombacare even though it has nothing to do with it

2. 600.00 is the going rate for under age 65 plan F in her county.UHC is the lowest at 501.75 but they only offer it if she is G.I. To make her feel better tell her that some carriers like State Farm charge over 2000.00 monthly for plan F under 65
