Help Me Get FFM Number PLEASE

Good Morning All,

Please advise- here's my problem.

I registered and certified for individual exchange healthplans 8/9/2014.

I have not been back to website for many reasons. Now I would like to do only

individual health plans with subsidy. Can't get on website-called-got hung up on.
Emailded administrator with high urgency- one week now no response.
Tried re-registering got knocked out as already registered?

Do I have any options- also is there a good general agency in Palm Bch Cty
doing Obamacare looking for independent qualified agent (wants to stay Indy)
willing to teach Obamacare?

There is no FFM number per se, on marketplace applications are tied to the agent via your NPN, the user id you made for the FFM is optional on the application but not required. If you look a bit further down the list to the Health Insurance reform forum this was discussed at length in prior threads.
