Help with Aripiprazole (generic Abilify) in the Coverage Gap

I have a client that is getting hammered in their part D plan while in the coverage gap paying for Aripiprazole (generic abilify). Client is paying about $450 a month. Any ideas on how to get this drug for a reduced cost while in the gap? Any ideas on how long it takes for new generics to come down in price? Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Depends on the dose, and the clients comfort with this idea, but Canadian mail order can get it for around 400 for 3 month supply.... Still pricey but better than the alternative.

I've noticed that GoodRx.com has some decent discounts depending on where your client is. Luckily, it's generic rate on a lot of plans next year.
