Here is a suggestion. How about a forum for book recommendation or reviews. People are all the time asking for recommendations and we could create a permanent resource for recommendation books, audio, training courses, etc.

Agreed. A resource for major laws, too, would be good. For instance, people keep asking the same questions about the PPACA health care reform law, so one place that houses links to excellent resources would save time.
