How can I unsubscribe from these messages from Chris?

All I do is open the msg and close it without reading it. I let several pile up and then close them all in a few seconds. Still no way of opting out.

My issue with that, is that real messages I care about get lost in between the spam getting sent from the forum.

but I think the challenge some members are posting about is that the content is a continual string of NEW conversations.

Open conversations. Click see all conversations. Check all the boxes. Click leave conversations and they get gone. Also click ignore future notifications.
Once you get rid of the list, like I just did, it should be easy enough to get rid of a few at a time without reading them.
