An aged couple is unable to offer Medicare B, D premium due to no income but her young spouse (less than 65) is working. Can an aged couple without blind or disability and income file a claim for SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) based on spouse-to-spouse deeming? If so, what is the working couple income requirement for the spouse-to-spouse deeming in order for the aged couple is eligible for SSI? Thank you for your answer.
