How to get appointed with Trucking GA or Insurance Companies ?

Hello , my name is Moises Fuentes , i just opened my business 2 months ago, after working in the industry for a Broker in California for almost 11 years , however it is been difficult to get appointed with a GA or direct Insurance Companies that do Trucking Insurance as New Producer ( Commercial Auto 1 Million Liability ) with filings. any advise about how to get appointed ? or which companies are offering appointments for Trucking Insurance in California ,Arizona or Texas ?
