How Would Subsidy Work in this Situation?

I liked the washington health rate calculator. Found it interesting that a 60 and 55 yr old making 62000 would pay 491/mo, but if they made 63k, their insurance would jump to 1150/mo. There s a little incentive to tell the boss i d rather have more paid time off but please don t give a raise.
