I'm wondering when the policy was issued. Humana had some products that had waiting periods for the tonsils, andenoids, etc. Perhaps the billing code triggered an investigation into that issue. I hate those waiting periods for specific conditions, and I'm always glad when the carrier eliminates them from their product design.

I hate these too. They have it on their products in VA, so does United. If you can pass underwriting and have no pre-ex for these conditions, it should be covered, period.
