Humana mailed this to my Member!

You could be right about that. UHC easily has as many (or more) options in my market, yet persistency is much better (at least it appears to be right now) with it and also my other contracted carriers that I use. I'll ask the member what the envelope looked like.
My persistency by far the best with United . It always has been . And that's always the case when I work leads . Few few will switch from United to another carrier even if benefits much better . That's when you have to flip United to United . And this yr they added additional products and kep old plans thus moving plans as been easy .
 
We all know this . But many clients at some pt call in and they get there # . I've done probably 125 csnps alone this aep and put maybe 10 correct phone #'s on hra's . Screw then they'll be calling them trying to flip then . There company owned call centers call them say and night trying to flip them and you lose aor . I can't tell you how many times I detected a flipped plan and the client swore they only called the company 1-800# . When clients call in they transfer them to the call center . I've said before mapd is the most cut throat ins by 1000% . It's a Gi product with no premium and basically small differences between plans


My customer gave me a picture of the envelope with Humana logo and the agency name that was mailed to a Humana mb.
ALL of the Humana terminations not initiated by me are plan changers WITHIN Humana- not to other carriers.
Another terming mb told me that she called the Humana number on card directly. She and I lost each others' numbers a few years ago. I am not AOR anymore. The AOR pledge reads that I retain AOR if mb changes to a "like" plan like she did. Humana sucks!

That wasn't sent from humana. They called an insurance agent. TZ insurance is not Humana.
TZ (Tranzact) is a call center that does lots of work on behalf of Humana. They have teams that are basically just outsourced Humana agents and they work with the Humana marketing people on what they mail to create inbound calls.

These people also own MedicareAdvantage.com

Since they do a lot of work on behalf of Humana and are Humana outsourced agents, do you think that they would ever tell a Humana mb that they have the "best available Humana plan option. Please stay where you are."? ;)

Doubtful!! Although most of their calls are from people who don't have a Humana plan in the first place. A problem with all of these call centers is that every call has the same outcome … change your plan and buy something from me.
