I Need Help Insuring a Hearse

I just purchased a 1996 Cadillac hearse and now I am having problems insuring it. I live in Tennessee. I called collector car companies with no luck. I called my personal insurance carrier and they turned me down even though I have home and car insurance with them. What do I do and where do I go to get insurance? Is the hearse for personal use or are you actually using it as a hearse? If it's personal use just get an agreed value policy (most carriers will write this) if not a simple commercial auto policy.

All that is is a customized Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. I wouldn't expect it to be that hard to insure. What is this vehicle worth and how is it used?
