It was a good thought but it only took several minutes to start feeling that wasn't going to happen. Luckily I put in the Steelers Defense this week.

That was my prediction for the first game, that they lost 24 to 17. I knew somebody would have 17 at least....

I wish the moderator would show some professionalism and keep the threads on topic. I have read too many comments in one day to remember the count. While some people are trying to give helpful information so many others are throwing out so much useless dribble. Only a few people really responded with an answer that was somewhat useful but lacked real direction. I found this website by accident but thought that it would be really helpful to get info from actual agents/brokers. The seasoned ones seem so jaded and offer little or no help to the question at hand. They go off on tangents that steer the entire conversation away from the original question. If you are truly a licensed agent and you are here to help the industry make yourself useful or get on facebook for random conversations with strangers.

Just ignore the drivel. And by the way, the Steelers will win 11 games in 2013.
