I'd Like to Go on My Own, Need Advice

Hey. I'm with Physicians Mutual, and have been since I started in ins. (1.3 years). The training was great, and their commissions are good. Unfortunately, they had a rate increase for Med Sups (they were expensive to begin with), and now it's impossible to sell. I need to move on. Where do I go?
