In a chapter 13 Bk

I have been selling final expense for several years and love it. Moving to Georgia. My problem is want to change imo and go with finds some other companies to write for. My question is what FE companies will appoint you with an active chapter 13

I would contact some of the more successful imo's on here and explain your situation as it may be helpful to have someone the companies know and respect going to bat for you. You'll have to sell them first anyway as the credit risk ultimately falls on them.

OK...forgive my ignorance here but I'm learning something new. Since he is already appointed and currently selling FE, why would he have to change IMO's? Two) Since he's already appointed with several companies, they probably are already aware of the Chapter 13. I would think his current IMO would be as well. If they are willing to keep him appointed now, why not in a new state? Assuming of course, the company is licensed to do business in that state.

Getting his license in GA (and he may already be appointed there, they didn't say) might be an issue due to the ongoing Chapter 13 but again, I don't know and want to learn something here.

There is a new thread where Georgia is discussed. It is an extremely limited state for DM orders. Most reputable IMO's don't have anything to offer as far as DM goes in Georgia. He is moving to the most limited state for FE DM leads.

Hay guys i was not in a 13 bk when i started in the insurance. So my current carriers do not know about my 13. Want to start fresh. I have good persitancy and only write with 5 company's no vector and no insurance companies invalid in Bk. Just personal.

What 5 companies? You may not need to change anything?

If you can show a good history of those payments for the Chapter 13, some companies will accept that.
