Well it looks like it's starting.
Others chime in on your state
This is for Oklahoma 65-79 underwritten business commissions cut 50%.10ish depending on contract.
79 and above looks like commision cut 1 pt.under above
Birthday Rule/GI $25 flat fee.
Will allow ACE to INA unwritten for new reduced commission.
No spouse discounts if one on ACE and one on INA

Haven't even thought about a commission change until you mentioned it. But I've already emailed my fmo requesting a new schedule. I let you know on GA and AL when I get it.

I have noticed that their new website is up and running. All they did was change the name and the colors from green to blue. Pretty sure that'll make me want to run out and write a dozen or two.

And pretty sure I'm going to sit still on them for a while. I'm still pissed about all this changing around crap.

How are their rates, they aren't showing up on CSG yet.

Because of the way they ended ACE, I wasn't planning on using them anyway.

OK, WY, KY, NV , ME these appear to be States they halved commissions.
Are these all Birthday Rule/anniversary rule states?

I just opened the email with the commission schedule, glancing over it now ...

In regards to the OK Birthday rule, I do see in smaller print towards the bottom of the box "Compensation for Birthday Rule business pays same as standard rates. Pays on rate increases and/or attained age increases."

Wouldnt this indicate that the birthday rule is not $25? If it pays the reduced rate, as a percentage rather than fee, and pays that percentage on the increasing premiums, that would make it more similar to BCBSOK, the other primary competition for Birthday rule biz in OK...

The $25 is for under 65 or disabled and not the birthday rule.

I don't know of any state that pays more than $25 on U65. But then I haven't looked lately.
