So i'm not in the insurance business but it was second career choice. I do a lot of reading and was wondering have you ever gotten a call like this like a cold call from someone?

Someone calls you up and says Hey your first and last name and then says this: How are you
doing? Excellent! Ron…I was conducting a search on the internet for insurance professionals in the Phoenix area and located you. I own a company
here in Seattle and I am in the process of expanding some of my operations
into Arizona. Anytime I move into a new area I personal talent scout top
notch sales professionals for my business. I have a very simple question for
you. Do you keep your options open at all in terms of earning income outside
of what you are currently doing in the insurance profession?

Have you ever gotten a call like this? and how did you respond? Also if you did receive a call like this how would you respond?


I got a call similar to this today i know what the field is and i said yes only because i run a small business as well.

But have you gotten a call like this before? or if you haven't how would you react if you got a call like this?

I get these type of calls from FMO's. I would get banned if I said what I usually say. Sometimes they knock off the crap, and we keep talking. Sometimes they keep it up, then I hang up.
