Insurance for someone released on parole

After 40 years ,I was asked if we can get insurance on her son who was recently paroled from prison after 10years for attempted murder. What company do you know of that will take this on? Looking for 25K.

Your most likely looking at a GI for someone who fits the age requirements.

That said you might be able to get LBL to take him at standard. Worth a try.

That’s a complete no on LBL. They will decline someone who’s still on parole or probation.

So, I’m imagining my answer. “Felony conviction in 2018. First degree murder. Sentenced to life in prison. Got out in 3 years. Not currently on probation or parole.” Yeah. That should fly.
