Is There a Way to Check a Phone Number Against the DNC List?

Do you get the leads from DM? If you ever get called out for the $11k fine just find a pen with same color ink. How are they gonna prove they didn't write their phone number on the card requesting info?

I use to scrub myself all of the time. Then once I got married my wife did the scrubbing for me. She got tired of it after a while, which I don't blame her, so now I pay someone else to do it...

Be careful here.. Link provided will handle the Federal. Several States still have State specific DNC lists also. Plus, DMA list in WY and PA.

Also, you should also subscribe to the NeuStar ported lists. Close to 7 million phone numbers. This is where people route calls from their home phone to their cells or cells to their home.

You should also subscribe to the wireless block identifier. 560 million plus phone numbers that are currently assigned or will be assigned to mobile phones.

Just make sure you don't use ATDS when calling cells. You can still manual dial cells in most states.

Five states that have rules that prohibit manual dialing cell phone numbers for telemarketing purposes. These states are Arizona, Louisiana, New Jersey, Texas and Wyoming.

I went through some numbers tonight ... I had 18 ok of 110 numbers the majority are on the DNC list thanks for the heads up. I was able to put them in 10 at a time. 16% with a number not on the DNC list. The total sample size was 220 numbers and I found 110 numbers in the phone book ... But only 16 of these 110 are safe to call. Thanks again.

agreed. I'm averaging around 54 numbers of 110 so far but then the DNC is around 8 or 9 of the 54. Yes, to get them to answer the phone. Thanks.
