Ah the "flinch method". I knew a guy in the life ins business that called it that. he would keep adding on riders and other extras until he saw them "flinch". Then he backed it down a little.

Yea that's the terminology. Either that or keeping METICULOUS records (and I mean meticulous) and expecting an audit.
