John...I enjoy your posts and respect your knowledge and work habits. Would you mind telling me what % of your sales in an average month are from referrals and what % from your leads? Secondly from what source are you getting your leads?
Don't really track what percentage of my business is referrals - maybe 10% to 20%? I actually get a lot of referrals, but having them materalize into deals isn't a lay-down.
