Can't log in or sign up new clients or "consumers" as they are called now. Hopefully only temporarily, since millions doing last week enrolling are on the website.
I had to call in...20 minute wait....then client found out she was being sent to Medicaid. Due to Estate recovery (she turned 55 last November), she said nope. Now wants off exchange plan..... Her husband said they can afford $4-500 per month premium even though income topped out at $20096. Of course hers was $3200...after deductions (they own a bar).
