Listen to an AI qualify an insurance lead in real time

Curious to hear what others think of this technology:



Keep in mind these leads are opted in as per TCPA regulations with 1:1 consent and agree to receive calls from "artificial or pre recorded voices".

AI will be transformative to development of leads, but AI won't have EQ... Which is great for qualification, but not empathy or reading emotion.

Caveat, not an agent.

They are not fun to listen to when you get 10 or more a day during AEP.

Yeah. They created a system to pre-qualify insurance leads, but the clowns at Starbucks still can't get my order right. Uh huh.

I meant from an agents point of view. I always listened to the call before I contacted the lead.
