Looking for IMO to join for FE

When it comes to choosing the right FMO, there's no one-size-fits-all answer… It comes down to finding a partner that gives you the tools and support you need to build and run your business…

Every FMO promises the world—leads, leads, leads—but let's be honest, much of that is just noise… Some offer marketing dollars, others offer training or tech… but at the end of the day, it's about working with someone who's honest, responsive, and truly has your back…

We've built an agency with over 50,000 clients and a team of about 250 agents—some write hundreds of policies a year, others just a few… we don't try to be everything to everyone, but we do focus on being the right partner for the agents we work with…

You can't fish for someone… but if you're looking for a team that will teach you how to fish—and give you the right bait, boat, and map—we might be worth a look…

We primarily work regionally, and if we're going to expand beyond our footprint, we prefer doing so with agencies, not scattered one-off agents across the country unless the agent is pretty self-sufficient…

Any recommendations on IMO's to join for FE?
If you intend to sell face to face then there's only one option. FEX Contracting.

If you want to be a telemarketer then just draw one out of a hat.

Just make sure anywhere you go offers up front releases.

Ask the release question first. If they balk or double talk the release run away.

That's a little biased JD. You got efes direct or threw Boman or caccui. Boman does ride alongs , all types of leads and training calls daily . If you want to recruit he has whole systems and platforms to help you build . He's just one of many

Facts are not biased.

An agent selling FE cannot find better than FEX.

Whats wrong with Jason?
On the positive side, he seems to be supportive of his agents. I'm just done with low commission IMO's/FMO's, with restrictive release policies... 6 months in Jason's case. He also charges you a ridiculously high fee for his mediocre sales presentation/training. Obviously, there's no magic script out here; however, I can assure you that I'm being kind when I say it's mediocre. For final expense agents, and I'm sure others as well, FEX Contracting is an infinitely better choice than Jason Final Expense. I recently stumbled across this forum, so this is just my opinion based on what I've researched so far. You may discover other viable options based on your particular needs/goals. Good luck!

If this were 2016 this would be the most responded to thread on the forum by now.
:D

Caveat, I AM NOT, nor ever have been, AN AGENT.

In 2025 if I were to become an agent looking for an FE IMO, I believe I would still have to very strongly consider the same FE IMO I was considering in 2016-2017 if I had chosen to become an agent back then.

He used to be under Duford . No idea if he still is . I've looked at his video's and he seems cheesy . His videos might get 75 views so he's not doing well in that dept. I got no doubt 70% of fe sales is done with telesales now . But all these 1000's of calls centers just eating each other up .

Who is Jason Final Expense? I have never heard of that and I'm pretty aware of competitors.
He charges his agents for training? Who would pay for training when he is already making an over ride on you? Does Jason have a last name?
