Looking to buy a a small agency on Michigan

I am looking to buy a small agency in Michigan. I am relatively new to the industry. It seems like buying an agency would be the best way to get started with appointments. Does anyone know where the best place to look to find agencies for sale? I am trying to stay away from Brooke and those like them. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Agencies4sale.com usually has a few. Most of their agencies are Brooke franchises, but every once in a while you will see a nice one. Also, the classifieds of insurance journal have some for sale as well.
