Many Clients Already having subsidies cut?

I noticed on July 7 several of my clients had their coverage/subsidy removed. Upon researching it, it appears because they did not file a 2022 and 2023 tax return. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am really not sure how or why we would cut their coverage in the middle of the year.

Any insight?

I bet 25% of all enrollees of aca haven't filed a return in a few yrs or make under the min amount . I have 10-15 people like that . I'm going to simply tell them to call the market place directly and i won't waste time with them
