Ok. I sell a T65 MAPD with 9/1/16 effective date. Receive new to MAPD commission. Company cancels plan.....charge back if they don't take another plan with that company?

Company cancel that plan for that one client -or- the plan for the entire County / State?

They stopped selling the plan effective 12/31/16. So they dropped everyone on that plan and the three counties it was sold.
