Any agents from Vermont or New Hampshire? What's the LTC or Life or Group markets look like up there? Do you travel to customer's site or handle mostly over the phone?
If P&C, what's the competition like? Do you think most customers up there go direct and/or stick with "my insurance guy" like the olden days, never changing their habits...
