May Need To Sell Book - TWFG Purchased Our Agency

So, my book of business was sold by Penguin Insurance the MGA to TWFG (The Woodlands FG) also an MGA and this really wouldn't have been a big deal except, that they're requiring that we use their management system, which could be the worst most inefficient software for managing clients I've used before. —So bad.

Coming from using EZLynx.

Curious, if anyone else has had this happen? Anyone else or another agent experiencing this that may have also been a victim of this?
