Mega Life - at it again

Very interesting. I already knew that carriers will review the app at claim time to discover fraud. Maybe the Mega agent knew and bumped the income to write the higher DB.

I know that a carrier won't insure someone for more than they are worth income wise.

We all know what kind of company they are anyway.

What I want to know, is who took the time to question a $35K a year income? That's a reasonable number regardless of your actual income (given she worked as a temp and I'm sure it varied drastically).

I've submitted apps with people being unemployed, you have to explain it, but it's always accepted if reasonable. Many people realize all the sudden that their group coverage isn't permanent.

I've never had a death benefit questioned.
