I've always hated that damned duck! Can't stand Gilbert Gottfried either. Even though he's not the duck anymore, I still can't stand the duck.

People are pretty mad. I admit, I like giving out the snoopy stuff. Its an in for us P&C agents.

I started in the insurance business shortly after my older son was born. I started with Met Life.

My son once said "Daddy works with Snoopy."

Sorry to see Snoopy go, but I get it. You have to be over a certain age to have fond childhood memories of Snoopy.

I just hope they don't replace Snoopy with Pikachu.

For many of you that did not know (I never advertised it), I retired from MetLife in January after 37 years (straight from college to Met).

Major changes have occurred over the last 12-18 months which probably were long overdue.

I actually remember back in the early 80s when Met had a major medical health insurance plan!

They also had a debit operation for many, many years

The guys I rent my office space from are older and they own a ton of strip malls and they said their first loans to buy and develop land were from MetLife. They said all of the banks turned them down but Met had a program and financed them.
