0 posts in the last week .The new mandate basically shut down no call leads overnight . Switching silver plans with small premiums to no premium bronze plans screwed a lot of people medically . Also signing people up using the lowest income so they qualify for zero premium without talking to them hit people hard financially . Josh Jones on this board was pushing this hard for 18 months . He seemed to have pulled out doing this 6 months ago or so . I wonder if he got in trouble ?

I remember when Tricky Nicky first came on here with his bullshit. I always made it a point to challenge him and he'd always come back with that crap that he was CMS compliant. Obviously not.

This is the first phase. The state insurance commissioners haven't got here yet. Licenses will be pulled. Fines and felonies are coming. And soon we'll be seeing tv ads that say "You may be entitled to compensation."
