Mojo and Call Lag

I heard a senior friend tell me that he often gets 3 or 4 robo calls a day.. He says that as soon as he says hello, if he hears silence, he knows it was a machine,.. whether a live person soon comes to the line or a recording plays. Can anyone suggest a system where there is the best chance of not detecting this lag between the time a call is answered and the person making the call, answers the call?

Mojo doesn't have any discernable lag. The real trick with using a dialer is pay close attention, when it connects you IMMEDIATELY ask for the person. It is connecting you right after they say hello in most cases, so if you immediately speak there is no delay.

That being said, god it makes it tiring to use a dialer somewhat, because you really have to be on edge the whole time while it does multi-line.

Ksigmtsu hit the nail on the head. You can't be multitasking when using Mojo, you need to be watching the screen and asking for the caller as soon as it connects. If you do get the person that has had some lag and you get their second HHHEEEELLLLLOOOOO, where you can tell they seem less than please, just say something like....sorry about that I just dropped my phone...it will generally bring them right back into line and you can get on with the rest of your call.

You will rarely if ever get a dropped call from hello lag with Mojo.
