Multi State Fingerprint

I am a new agent and have signed on with a large imo, they handle licensing for agents. Several states do fingerprinting and I am wanting to travel outside the USA where fingerprinting would not be available. Is there a way to have the digital prints shared with those states? NIPR doesn't handle fingerprinting.

CA DOI uses Accurate Biometrics for their fingerprinting.
