Same problem my clients are in with slightly lower premiums. Cigna EPO at over $1,000 PMPM premium for the highest out of pocket offered. These people all have enough money early retire but they risk too much to go without. They are also looking at total premiums over the next 3 or 4 years being somewhere between 100,000 - $150,000. Some will get an EIN and start paying minimum wage to 1 person to rig a group. Others are SOL.
